Healthcare Credentialing System

My contribution: Led generative research, low fidelity prototype, high fidelity prototype

Introduction

Facility Portal is a healthcare credentialing system that helps patients, doctors, and providers maintain order & safety in the facilities while maximizing productivity and optimizing patient care. The new experience will be available via a responsive website.

Goal:

Business Goal:

Provide a path to replace the existing host admin portal with a new Facility Portal, a modern version based on the latest tech stack.

Product Goal:

Provide users information they need to interact in meaningful and actionable ways.

Research parentheses understanding the problem

We worked with our internal researcher and conducted various user interviews. From those interviews we got to know the major paint points:

• As an HR manager, it is difficult for me to manage the clinical contractors, as I cannot easily report on that sub-group

• As a Host Admin/User, I cannot easily report to my executive team how well my     facility is doing at keeping the environment secure

• As a Host user, I don't have the correct filters to locate reps or look up visit.

Ideate

We synthesize the results from the research and the main user problem to solve was “how might we help the user see the data in a more digestible way to make informed decisions?

Final

So with those ideations, and we had discussion with the product owner, and then come up with the solution by four pillars of insights as core function for our customers, enhancing , and I tied that back to what our customer was need and our commercial  team need by our timeline, I did high fidelity prototype. As part of the portal project, we are establishing an updated, modern and consistent design system to be applied to all the Intellicentrics products. A design system is a collection of reusable components, guided by clear standards, that can be assembled together to ensure a consistent and enhanced user experience.
